It is a wonderful day here in the village today. The temp was a balmy 42 degrees and sunny and of course the ever present north wind.
We awoke to thick fog which made any morning flights into or out of the village cancelled due to the thick low lying fog all over the area.

Point Hope Alaska, 99766. A tiny “strip” of land, occupied for over 2,600 years.
These are the “bones” of the last chief of Point Hope. Atangorak, a scoundrel, whose family is buried outside the whale bone graveyard. He had six wives and was murdered when he took another mans wife for # 7 !
